Free Ground Shipping

At MachPro , we’re proud to provide free ground shipping across the continental United States (lower 48 states). Standard delivery times are typically 7–14 business days, and all orders are shipped via reliable ground transport at no extra charge.

Forklift Service Included

For larger equipment orders such as excavators and skid steer loaders, we include forklift service for unloading at your delivery location. You won’t need to arrange additional unloading equipment.

If you have special delivery requirements, our team can arrange a custom shipping solution tailored to your needs.

Order & Delivery Information

Shipping is currently available only within the United States.
EPA certification fees and documentation are fully covered by us.
Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery usually requires an additional 5–10 business days, depending on location.
Heavy machinery is shipped via freight trucking.
Attachments and smaller items are shipped via FedEx or UPS.
Please note: online tracking may not always be available, but rest assured—we guarantee every order and stand behind every delivery.

Important Shipping Notes

Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order.
Changes to the shipping address after dispatch may result in extra charges from the carrier.
If delivery is missed, declined, or returned, a 10% reshipping fee will apply. (Some carriers may not offer scheduled delivery windows.)
